Mr. WANG Qi, Ph.D., Director of Solutions Consulting, Asia Pacific, Intellectual Property & Science Division, Clarivate Analytics. His areas of work include: patent search and analysis, patent portfolio management and evaluation, and essential patent research for standards. He has participated in numerous domestic and international patent analysis and innovation evaluation projects, serving corporate innovation strategies and intellectual property portfolio planning.

陈惠珍女士，原上海市第三中级人民法院审判委员会专职委员、二级高级法官。从事知识产权审判二十余年，曾任浦东法院知产庭庭长、上海知产法院审判二庭庭长。2011年获第二届“全国法院审判业务专家”称号，被《人民法院报》评为“2012年度人民法院十大亮点人物”。2015年起被聘为最高人民法院知识产权司法保护研究中心研究员。

Ms.CHEN Huizhen, Former Standing Member of the Adjudication Committee and Judge at the Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People’s Court. Having been engaging in intellectual property trial over 2 decades, she previously served as Chief Judge of the Intellectual Property Division at Shanghai Pudong New Area People’s Court and the No.2 Adjudication Division at Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. She was awarded the title of “National Court Trial Expert” in 2011 and nominated as one of the “Top Ten Highlight Figures of the Year in People’s Courts” by People’s Court Daily in 2012. Since 2015, she has been appointed as a Researcher at the Intellectual Property Judicial Protection Research Center of the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China.

Mr. YUAN Youlou, Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Intellectual Property Society and former Deputy Director of the Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Office. He has been engaged in intellectual property planning and research for an extended period, demonstrating exceptional professional competence and accumulated extensive experience in domains including high-level strategic collaboration, planning and program development, special fund management, patent incentives and awards, statistical analysis and performance evaluation, as well as special intellectual property review mechanisms.

赵广君先生，复旦大学应用经济学博士后，同济大学经管学院技术经济学博士，金融投资专业、上海市经济和信息化委员会综合规划处处长，负责管理上海产业基金、编制产业规划以及行业协会管理等工作。赵广君博士曾在著名基金公司和上市公司工作。

Mr. Zhao Guangjun holds a Postdoctoral degree in Applied Economics from Fudan University and a Ph.D. in Technical Economics from the School of Economics and Management, Tongji University. Specializing in financial investment, he currently serves as Director of the Comprehensive Planning Department at the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, where he manages Shanghai Industrial Funds, formulates industrial development plans, and supervises industry associations.Dr. Zhao held positions at prominent fund management companies and publicly listed corporations.

Mr. ZHAO Zhiqiang, Director of the Zhejiang Intellectual Property Research and Service Center (Hangzhou Representative Office of the Patent Office, CNIPA), possesses extensive experience and leadership capabilities in the intellectual property field. He has participated in the establishment and launch of multiple intellectual property public service platforms, including spearheading the development of the Industrial Design Intellectual Property Public Service Platform in Liangzhu New City. He has also actively engaged in academic exchanges and practical activities related to intellectual property, advancing the development of intellectual property initiatives in Zhejiang Province.

Mr. HE Jiangzhong, Chairman of Shanghai Tianyang Co., Ltd. In 2001, he started his entrepreneurial journey with a self-raised capital of 50,000 yuan with a team of seven. Under his leadership, the company evolved from a small workshop into a national leader in the precision hydraulic steel pipe industry. Through relentless innovation, he guided his team to successfully develop the pioneering Pressure-Fusion Anchored Bimetallic Composite Pipe technology after eight years and 372 experimental trials. The breakthrough earned numerous accolades, including the 2015 Shanghai Quality Gold Award and the prestigious "Shanghai Craftsman".

Mr. ZHU Miaochun, a renowned intellectual property lawyer in China, is the founding partner of Shanghai Zhu Miaochun Law Firm.
